Custom Minecraft mods, plugins & software, built by hand.
I’m Eren — an independent developer. For six years I’ve been building custom Minecraft mods and plugins (Fabric, Paper, Spigot, Forge), plus server infrastructure, backends, web platforms, desktop tools and reverse-engineering work. From a quick fix to a full build, I reply personally and usually get back to you within the hour.
Commissions from $75
One studio, full-stack across games, web and systems.
Every engagement is scoped and built as a proper software project — architecture first, clean code, documented, supported long-term. Multi-disciplinary by design, not by accident.
New to commissioning Minecraft work? The guides answer the common questions — which loader, what it costs, plugin or mod.

Original engineering, shipped end-to-end.
A curated selection across the studio's strongest domains — from novel game mechanics and protocol-level integrations to production desktop, mobile and web systems. Source code and visual material are kept private out of respect for the clients who commissioned the work; deeper technical walkthroughs are available on request.
In‑Game Stream Chat
Overlays live Twitch, Kick and YouTube chat directly inside Minecraft — no embedded browser, no third-party bridge. Each platform's native protocol is spoken directly, including Kick's raw Pusher WebSocket flow. Pluggable provider interface, auto-reconnect, in-game settings UI. Publicly released on Modrinth and CurseForge.
Twitch Channel-Points Integration
Authenticated EventSub pipeline letting viewers spend channel points to trigger live in-world events — over eighteen distinct reward handlers, including timed mob swaps with auto-revert, despawning loot, resistance-aware healing, and a recursive “wheel of fortune.” OAuth-scoped token validation and fully asynchronous effect lifecycles.
Enchantment Preview
Predicts vanilla enchantment outcomes by reverse-engineering Minecraft's RNG seed before the item enters the enchanting GUI. Brute-forces the full 65,536-state upper-seed space against observed enchantment power, ID and level, with a second-item disambiguation pass when candidates collide. A thirteen-state FSM drives the cracking sequence end to end.
Further work across the studio's domains.
Perspective Swap
Two players see the world through one another's eyes. Server-side packet router pairs participants and forwards camera-rotation and hand-state payloads; the client smooths yaw with angle-correct interpolation so the view stays fluid through network jitter.
Bedrock Pocket Finder
Background flood-fill scanner identifies sealed cavities in the bedrock layer and renders their true outline through walls — not a bounding box. Runs off the main tick thread with explicit JVM-exit lifecycle, with runtime-tunable cadence and radius.
Containers+
Right-click any held workstation — crafting, anvil, smithing, grindstone, loom, cartography, stonecutter, shulker — to open its native UI in place. Dedicated screen handler per workstation and a mixin-driven packet skipper that eliminates flicker when swapping between screens.
Lifesteal SMP
Heart-stealing PvP system with a full revive economy: kills transfer hearts; reaching zero triggers a vanilla ban; a custom Revive Beacon opens an inventory-driven GUI for two-click reinstatement. Server-wide grace-period boss bar, JSON-defined recipes, inventory-cap enforcement.
MusicArea
Spatial-audio system for adventure and roleplay maps. Define 3D box regions in-world; per-region sounds play and stop on players as they cross the boundary, with volume and loop controls. NBT-persisted region store, per-player last-region tracking, custom S2C packets.
Sentinel Moderation Suite
Server-side moderation toolkit — bans, alt detection, jail, GeoIP staff tooling and alerts — with two-way Discord integration backed by a persistent database. Lifecycle-managed bot wired to server start/stop events; per-feature command modules over a unified permissions layer.
Tooltip Scraper
Hover any item in any container screen, press a key, and the full tooltip — name, lore, components — is captured to a structured log. Targeted utility for data-mining custom-item servers and loot tables. Per-screen keybind registration with mixin-driven access to engine-internal slot state.
Split Chat Overlay
A second chat panel rendered alongside the vanilla HUD with a full re-implementation of chat wrapping, scroll state, fade curves and opacity — matrix-stack transformed, scale-respecting, behaviourally faithful to vanilla. Built for tournament streamers monitoring a filtered chat independently.
Player Radar
Lightweight client-side player radar with toggleable HUD overlay, configurable chunk-range, whitelist, and proximity sound alerts. Attaches as a vanilla HUD layer rather than via overlay hook; persistent config and clean state hygiene on world transitions.
Smart Auto-Walk
Held-item-driven planner: detects the held block, finds the nearest matching block within radius via line-of-sight raycast, smoothly rotates the camera and walks toward it with jump-over-obstacle support. Four switchable profiles for radius, smoothing and timing.
Library Organizer
End-to-end library automation suite: ISBN scraping via Jsoup, automated Dewey-code suggestion, and thermal printer integration for spine labels. Deployed and in active production use by a real library operation.
Tailor Machine
Service and pricing tracking software for tailors and dry cleaners — customer order management, item logging, pricing rules and receipt handling. Built for the day-to-day workflow of a small service business.
True Convert
Android file conversion utility built on the Scoped Storage API for secure file access, supporting a broad spread of formats. Shipped to consumer devices with a focus on permission-correct file handling.
Automotive B2B Platform
B2B e-commerce platform for automotive accessories — custom JSON-based CMS, SEO-optimised catalogue, dynamic product management and a streamlined ordering workflow built around a real importer's day-to-day needs.
Moderation & Ticketing Bot
Discord moderation and support-ticket service with Prisma ORM, Dockerised deployment, automated audit logs and clean operator workflows. Built to run unattended over long periods with low operator overhead.
Consistent output, every week.
Each cell is one day — the brighter it is, the more projects shipped that day. The last twelve months at a glance.
Last 12 months — projects shipped
—A small, focused practice with the output of a larger team.
lyki.dev is an independent software studio rooted in an Electronics & Communication background. The studio ships production software across very different domains — game modifications, server infrastructure, backend systems, web platforms, desktop tools, reverse engineering and embedded work.
Clients range from solo creators and content makers with sizeable audiences, through professional server networks, all the way to established businesses commissioning custom systems. A real share of work comes from repeat engagements — clients return because what was shipped keeps working.
Built properly, not patched together
Architecture first, clean code, documented — not duct tape behind a demo.
Fixed scope, fixed quote
You know exactly what ships, by when, for how much — no scope-creep surprises.
Long-term support, not delivery-and-disappear
Dependencies move. Builds are written to be updated — with optional retainers across releases.
Full source, your IP
You get the codebase, documentation and a clean handover. No black-box dependence on the studio.

Quick answers before you reach out.
Yes. Commissions start from $75, and a smaller scope — a single command, a quick fix, a compact mod — is just as welcome as a full build. You don't need a large budget to work with me; send a brief through the form or reach out on Discord and I'll scope it honestly.
It depends on scope, but commissions start from $75. A small, self-contained mod or plugin sits near the lower end; larger systems with custom mechanics, GUIs or server integration cost more. Send a short brief and you'll get a firm quote — usually within the hour — before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Fabric and Forge for mods, and Paper, Spigot, Bukkit and BungeeCord for server-side plugins. Both current Minecraft versions and older ones are supported — just tell me the exact version you're running and I'll target it.
Small jobs often turn around in a day or two; most commissions land within a week or two depending on complexity, and you'll get a realistic timeline with your quote up front. Replies to messages usually come within the hour.
Yes — we're always here to help, even with the smallest issues. If something needs attention, reach out and we'll work through it with you.
In most cases, yes. If there's an issue on our side with a delivered build, a resolution will be provided as soon as possible — regardless of delivery date.
Six years of Java. Across that time the studio has shipped Spigot, Paper and BungeeCord plugins, Android applications in Java and Kotlin, and Fabric modding work.
Your code and deliverables stay exclusively yours — the studio does not resell, redistribute, or hand over project files to any third party. We may occasionally feature visual previews (screenshots, short clips) of completed work in our portfolio to demonstrate capability, with client names and proprietary details kept private — if you'd prefer your project not be shown at all, just say so and it stays fully off-record.
Yes — once paid, you hold all rights to the completed work. You're free to sell it, give it away, or distribute it as you wish. It is entirely yours.
Mainly one thing: unrelated additions to work that's already in progress — if the scope grows, a follow-up engagement makes sense. Outside of that, don't hesitate to ask.
Yes — we've worked with various servers and contributed to a number of substantial projects. The studio doesn't currently operate an active production server of its own.
Ten years. The familiarity with the game runs deep — both technically and as a player — which directly translates into the modding work we deliver.
Tell me what you want to build.
Send me a few lines about your idea and I’ll reply personally — scope, a realistic timeline and a fair quote, usually within the hour. Whatever the scale of the work, you’ll hear back the same way.
